Place of birth Macadonia (Europe) 1959
My family and I moved to Australia when I was 2 years old.
I started playing the drums when I was eight year old.
My father bought me my first drum kit…..a Star Drum kit, and it was a beauty.
My first band was a garage band which was called ZEUZ, this was the early stages of discovering artists like Ozzy Osborne, Black Sabbath, Richie Blackmore ,Deep Purple.
Then a little latter I discovered a drummer by the name of Cozy Pal, he played in bands like Black Sabbath, Richie Blackmore’s Rainbow and many more super groups.
I then joined a band called Damien 2 which was a commercial rock band which played around the local venue’s, which went for a few years.
This experience was extremely valuable.
I then put together my own band Called Live Wire which lasted many years, Live Wire was a very solid hard rock band we did covers from Black Sabbath , Deep Purple , Richie Blackmore’s Rainbow and so on.
These influences are deeply entrenched into my drumming style.
After Live Wire I had the pleasure of playing with one of Newcastle’s premier Rock bands called DV8.
This was a great experience.

I then played in many commercial rock bands.
I recently received a phone call from Paul Day the front man for the band, which was a fantastic surprise.
I was the original drummer for Crimzon Lake. I was with the band when it formed about 3.5 years ago.
I stayed with the band for about 2 year’s .I then went on to pursue other interests.
I feel that I am a hard hitting and solid drummer that can provide a solid base for Crimzon Lake. Mark and I have developed into a dynamic and solid core for Danny and Paul.
I play a Virgin White VINTAGE TAMA ROCKSTAR KIT (4 PIECE) 13 INCH TOM, 16 INCH FLOOR TOM,AND 22X18 BASS DRUM. ALL 2000 SERIES PEARL HARDWEAR, PEARL DRUM RACK, AND 11 ORIGINAL 1950-1960 ZILJIAN AVEDIS CYMBALS this is a great sounding kit, with American Humes and Berg road cases.
I use Sennheiser 421 Tom mics, and AKG Bass drum mics with Sure SM57 Snare Drum mic with a SM57 Overhead mic.
The band is now at its former glory and is now ready to tackle the world.
See you out on the rock road
Cheers .
